Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order for a full refund until the order has been accepted by the Merchant.
If you wish to cancel the order after it has been accepted by the Merchant, please contact us via the in-app chat function. In such cases, Oslein reserves the right not to issue a full or partial refund.


An order may also be cancelled by the Merchant after you have received confirmation that it has been sent to the Merchant. Oslein and its partner Merchants reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and you will be notified immediately in such cases.


Please note that your order history will only display successful orders. In the event of a failed online payment, the order amount will be refunded to your Oslein account as credit, unless you request a refund to the original payment method. Refunds to the original payment method may take between 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
