Refund Policy

Oslein takes user satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your goods and services order, please contact Oslein through our live chat and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Oslein on behalf of the Merchant, Oslein will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or did not receive your order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will take into account relevant factors including the details of the order and do our best to ensure your satisfaction. You will receive your refund as Oslein credit on your Oslein account unless you request a refund your bank account (for clarification), cash refunds are not available.

For non-food vertical orders, any cancellation, return, or refund of items or orders shall be in accordance with the consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in Sudan. For the avoidance of doubt non-food vertical orders means any order from a shop under groceries, electronics, health & beauty.
